The Houston Design Center is getting some new tenants.
The campus on 17 acres at 7026 Old Katy Road is home to offices and showrooms for interior designers, building products, home builders and architects.
“These five new leases not only add fuel to the growth momentum of our property, but are excellent additions to our popular goods and services for the professional design industry,” Fred Baca, resident managing principal of MLB Capital Partners, said in an announcement.
