Director of Finance and Administration
Director of Finance and Administration, Christine Gabriel brings over 22 years of experience and a strong background overseeing commercial real estate and associated assets. Since beginning her career as a project accountant for Hines, she has held a variety of key positions for real estate investment firms, including her most recent role as chief financial officer for a real estate holding company, where she oversaw accounting, financial systems and internal controls for the company’s numerous assets, development projects, and real estate investment partnerships.
As director of finance and administration for Cameron Interests Limited Partnership, a Houston commercial real estate firm, Christine was responsible for financial management of annual revenues of approximately $25M and assisted in acquisitions and dispositions that resulted in asset growth from $6.7 million to $130 million. Transactions ranged from $8 million to more than $90 million, and included the purchase and disposition of Energy Plaza in San Antonio, 1001 McKinney in Houston and Houston’s historic Esperson Buildings.
A Houston native, Christine graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA, Accounting. She was a member of the Houston Intown Chamber of Commerce and a longtime volunteer with Child Advocates.
