Morris Chen is an Asset Manager for MLB Capital Partners, LLC. Morris oversees the asset management of existing investments such as the Houston Design Center, 17171 Park Row, and Sun Plaza. He is also responsible for reviewing and analyzing new investment opportunities.
With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience with companies such as Cameron Management and Transwestern, Morris brings a wealth of diverse knowledge that is well suited for MLB Capital Partners’ multiline portfolio. His diverse experiences include achieving million dollar monthly sales twice as an investment broker, handling large commercial clients for a retail electric provider, securing USGBC LEED Gold certification for two office buildings, and managing both Class A office buildings and a portfolio of bank-owned buildings.
Morris grew up and lives in Houston, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science from The Texas A&M University and a Master in Business Administration with Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence from the University of Houston. Morris is a Director for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 19 and was a past Chairperson for USGBC Texas Gulf Coast Energy Summit, 2014 and 2015. Morris holds his sales license with The Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
