MLB Capital Partners acquired Memorial Antiques and Interiors in 2017 after their original facilities were redeveloped. MAI occupies a 22,000 SF of showroom space in the Houston Design Center. MAI is a consortium of 45+ independently owned antiques and interiors businesses known for their “magazine-ready” vignette displays and unique merchandise. MAI has been identified in numerous publications through the years as a top business in Houston. MAI is an anchor tenant at the Houston Design Center and continues to draw new businesses and patrons to the Center. MAI General Manager, Kathy Swartzfager, runs the day-to-day operations while MLB Capital Partner, Fred Baca, runs the financial and the back-office operations.
