Andrea Gardner serves as the Asset Manager for MLB Capital Partner’s investment properties, oversees all investor communications including maintaining the investor database, Juniper Square, and assists in the closing process of acquisitions and dispositions.
With over 16 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Andrea has a keen insight from both the client and the service provider’s perspective which allows her to identify clients’ needs and deliver optimum results.
Prior to joining MLB Capital Partners, Andrea worked with a brokerage team for 10 years where she was responsible for transaction management, client portfolio management, and Enterprise Solutions. Andrea’s experience also includes working for a Fortune 500 Company where she supervised the corporate real estate department with a portfolio of 130 national properties consisting of 12 million square feet, which is where she obtained her client perspective and her passion for the commercial real estate industry.
