Faith Pate is a Vice President with MLB Commercial Real Estate. She focuses on Self Storage Investment Sales and Landlord Representation. Faith brings a fresh approach working closely with Self Storage Owners looking to sell their facility and buyers who are growing their portfolio. She delivers long term value to both seasoned and first-time owners and has worked closely with the large national Self-Storage REIT’s.
She also assists with Tenant and Landlord representation in retail and mixed-use projects. She currently leases the Houston Design Center, a 280,000 square foot premier design destination for Office & Showroom Tenants as well as the Houston Farmer’s Market which is a historical mixed-use redevelopment.
Education & Affiliation
Faith earned her master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate at Texas A&M University (2017) followed by her undergraduate degree in 2015. Upon graduation and a summer internship with Avison Young, Faith decided to begin her full-time career with Avison Young’s Mason-Lindenberger Team where she spent the following 3 years. She then joined MLB Commercial Real Estate, also led by Mason and Lindenberger in 2020. Combined she has over 6 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience.
Faith is an active Argus Self Storage Affiliate and has been involved in several organizations in the past including NAIOP, Women’s Finance Exchange (Planning Committee), Association of Corporation Growth (Young Professionals Committee), and CoreNet (Golf Committee). Outside of the office Faith enjoys playing volleyball for the Houston Sports and Social Club and traveling with her fiancé and dog Zeus.
